With the opening of a brand-new facility, Vintrendi asked:
“How can we increase visibility and awareness to match the significance of this next chapter?”
The move was a major milestone, but the brand presence didn’t yet reflect the legacy or future potential. The identity needed to match the excellence of the wine and the moment.
The Strategy
Threi Strategy stepped in to bridge legacy and future. Through a discovery-led process, we created a brand roadmap that aligned Vintrendi’s long-standing values with an updated expression of their vision.
We quickly identified two key opportunities:
- Leverage their distinction as Illinois’ only Black-owned winery to lead with story and heritage
- Craft a refreshed identity that honors the past while creating space for future expansion
