The Challenge
Vincent Campbell came to Threi Strategy with a vision:
"How can we create a leadership community that’s geared toward men—but inclusive enough for women—while still feeling grounded, transformative, and purpose-led?"
There was a clear passion for helping people grow in their leadership. But there was no identity, no messaging, and no platform to house the vision. The challenge was building a brand that speaks to ambition and discipline, but also invites vulnerability, growth, and community.
The Strategy
Our team began with in-depth audience research and persona development, identifying a niche demographic: leaders (especially men) with strong business instincts and a hunger for personal growth, but without a clear roadmap for achieving holistic success.
We uncovered a tension:
“They know how to lead in the marketplace, but struggle to lead in other areas of life.”
With this insight, we framed Leaderfluence not just as a learning hub, but as a spiritual and strategic gym for influence. A place where men (and women) can train their leadership like a muscle.
Strategic deliverables included:
- Brand positioning around stewardship of influence
- Messaging pillars rooted in 8 holistic leadership systems
- Community identity language designed to be inclusive but focused
- Roadmap for platform development and membership flow
The Execution
With the strategy in place, we tapped our creative partners to bring Leaderfluence to life visually and digitally.
We delivered:
- A bold, masculine-but-approachable logo and brand identity
- A landing page that clearly articulates the community value and drives membership
- Language and visuals to support launch campaigns, email flows, and future platform growth
- Every element from the tone of voice to the button labels, was intentionally crafted to feel like a movement, not a membership.
The Results
Leaderfluence launched as a distinct, high-conviction brand with a clear point of view in the leadership space. Within weeks:
- The landing page attracted 250+ new member sign-ups upon launch
- The brand identity laid the foundation for future tiers and premium offerings, which led to a 48% lift in sales
